Donate preloved items
We would love to receive your pre-loved items if they are in reasonable condition. We distribute items families would typically need following disasters such as:- Blankets; bed linen; pots; pans; cutlery; mattresses; dishes; plastic containers; clothes (adult & children); school uniforms.
Donate time
If you would like to give your time or indeed your skills to help Caritas Cape Town or one of the local parish initiatives we would love to hear from you.
Donate Money
Making a financial donation to Caritas Cape Town, either a once off or a monthly contribution, helps us to support parishes in setting up programs and projects for the vulnerable and disadvantaged in their communities and towards our disaster relief initiatives.
Donate a legacy
A Will is a way to provide financial security or a gift for your family and loved ones after your death. You may however also wish to leave a donation for those less fortunate and in so doing consider a charitable bequest to Caritas Cape Town. This donation will continue your legacy by helping disadvantaged and vulnerable communities in the years to come.
Caritas Cape Town is a registered public benefit organisation (PBO 930074278 ). It has been approved for purposes of section 18A(1)(a) of the Income Tax Act No 58 of 1962 meaning that donations to the organisation will be tax deductible in the hands of the donor in terms of and subject to the limitations prescribed in section 18A of that Act.
